Linguine with Crab and Rocket

A pot of cooked crab from the market makes a magical meal.
linguine for four
225 g cooked crab meat
handful of rocket leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon sambal chili (or fresh chilli if you have it)
2 chopped green onions
juice and zest of a lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
Cook linguine as per packet instructions. When cooked, drain and reserve a cup of cooking liquid.
Heat oil with garlic, onions and chilli for 2 minutes until soft and fragrant. Add crab, lemon zest and pine nuts and heat through. Add pasta, lemon juice and parmesan and stir to combine, heating gently. Add reserved cooking liquid as needed for the consistency you want.
Serve topped with parsley and more parmesan and black pepper.
